- Subscribers have the right to export their complete data or request permanent deletion upon subscription termination.
2. Service Level Agreement & Platform Availability (SLA)

- Platform updates and maintenance are scheduled during low-traffic hours with advance notice.
3. Data Security & Access Controls
- All user passwords and sessions are protected using industry-standard cryptographic methods.
